1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using easy2apply ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
easy2apply provides AI-powered job search tools including CV scoring, job matching, automated applications, and skill roadmaps. The Service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. Account Suspension & Bans
We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct including but not limited to: submitting fraudulent applications, spamming employers, using false identities, scraping data, abusing rate limits, or attempting to manipulate AI scoring results. Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts without prior written consent.
5. Free & Paid Services
Certain features of the Service are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers, subscription plans, or usage limits at any time. We will provide reasonable notice before transitioning any free feature to a paid plan. Paid services are subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) submit false or misleading information including fake identities, fabricated CVs, or fictitious employment history; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks; (e) use automated means such as bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without express written permission; (f) impersonate any person or entity; (g) upload viruses, malware, or malicious code; (h) harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service; (i) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without authorization.
7. CV Scoring & AI Features
Our AI-powered features including CV scoring, job matching, and content generation provide estimates and suggestions based on machine learning models. Results are not guaranteed and should be used as one of many inputs in your job search process. We do not guarantee interview invitations, job offers, or employment outcomes. AI models may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any AI feature at any time.
8. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you upload including CVs, resumes, cover letters, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant easy2apply a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, and design are owned by easy2apply and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. The easy2apply name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of content you upload including CVs and resumes. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.
10. Third-Party Services & Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites including job boards, employer career pages, course providers, and other external services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, services, privacy practices, or terms. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EASY2APPLY AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless easy2apply and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.
15. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will notify users of material changes via the Service, email, or other reasonable means at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and easy2apply regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
